My name is Brian O'Sullivan and I'm a California Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT122484). I built this website as a way to share with the general public what I've learned through my training in graduate school, specialized training in the treatment of anxiety disorders, and my hours of case consultations with senior clinicians who are some of the top leading experts in the treatment of anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder. My goal is to share with others the same psychoeducational materials and information that I provide to my individual clients in my private practice work.
